This has been an effective whey protein mixed powder which i have been using for a few weeks now to aid in my recovery from hard workouts, i have been using this "Thewhey" as a replacement to my normal impact whey or impact whey isolate post workout, this has been providing better overall recovery which i have noticed due to less DOMS the days following intense superset based back, chest and leg workouts. I feel this is superior to standard whey or whey isolates due to it including 3 different forms of whey with different absorption and digestion rates which provide more enhanced muscle building and recovery effects, the added digestzyme works well to aid in absorbing the protein and this does not cause any bloating or gassy negative effects. Chocolate or Salted Caramel are 2 solid flavours which taste nice with some ice cold workout post workout for an enjoyable post workout treat. I feel this is well suited for fat loss phases and lean mass gaining phases due to being low in fats and carbs.
