I’ve been using this during workouts, and I’ve noticed a difference in my recovery. I don’t experience as much muscle soreness after intense sessions, and I feel like I can push through longer workouts without fatigue setting in too quickly. It’s definitely been a great addition to my regimen.

Shocking prodcut
Absolutely awful, it doesn’t even mix into the water even if you use an electric whisk. You are left with what my kids described as “frog spawn” on the top which is a massive lump of powder. Definitely avoid. It’s a shame as I use My Protein for every other supplement but this is just shocking.

Best BCAA Out There.
I have been training for a number of years and only introduced BCAA over the last couple of years to take it up another level. I have researched and tried a few BCAAs with different effects in terms of body reaction. Some left bloated, some left feeling nausea however this one if the best by far. No effects at all. I ordered the tropical one along with the tropical creatine and they combine really well.

Noticed improvements in recovery times
Since using this supplement I’ve noticed an improvement in recovery time and significant reduction in DOMS. I would advise either getting a flavoured version or if you get unflavoured, mix it with cordial as it does make water taste a little funny. Goes Well With: Creatine & Impact whey

I use this every day mixed with filter water. Drink before and during exercise and I genuinely feel so much better and recover quicker and have less muscle aches. Also it tastes like a mild fruit juice but no sugar. It gives a little boost before exercise if I feel tired.
