It’s definitely effective, but I put it in my shake and it tastes horrible, but I put a bit more than recommended so that might be a reason
Really effective ay to increase your daily fiber intake. If you mix it with water then it settles at the bottom really fast. So I'd suggst it to mix it with some porridge, yogurt or smoothie. I usually go the easy way and just take a spoonful and mix it with water in my mouth. The taste is sour and fruity so it would go great with yogurt.Goes Well With:yogurt, porridge, smoothies
This product seems to be working as I hoped, mixes well in smoothies and does not detract from the taste of the smoothie. Worth buying if you feel you need extra fibre.Goes Well With:Smoothies
I remember times when apple fibre did cost 2,50 here on MP. It was like 7 years ago. Now 16 months ago I bought 500g of apple fibre for 7 euros. And now same amount cost 18,99 without applying 20% code. So go figure. Also I felt highest quality fibre was for 2,50 when it was not so sweet and with bigger particles. It really cleaned my system back then but now it feels like it does nothing. Then again I was 7 years younger back then so maybe reacting differently now. Anyway Not sure if its worth it anymore cause price is just changed so much during the years while product quality seems going down. Back in the day it felt like this fibre is made from apple skins not from whole apple leftovers after making juice. Goes Well With:Water
Easiest way to take this cheeky little number... Teaspoon of dry powder straight to the mouth (hold your breath as you'll inhale some of the fine powder and it will make you cough) then just chase it with a nice big mouth full of water and swish in your mouth for several seconds until it starts to thicken and swallow. I follow it up with another spoon full or 2 depending on how I feel and down a big glass of water! Tastes faintly of apple. Sooooo simple!Goes Well With:Water
