Easiest way to take this cheeky little number... Teaspoon of dry powder straight to the mouth (hold your breath as you'll inhale some of the fine powder and it will make you cough) then just chase it with a nice big mouth full of water and swish in your mouth for several seconds until it starts to thicken and swallow. I follow it up with another spoon full or 2 depending on how I feel and down a big glass of water! Tastes faintly of apple. Sooooo simple!Goes Well With:Water
