What does Protein Pancake Mix taste like?

Our deliciously light and fluffy Protein Pancake Mix is available in a range of mouth-watering indulgent flavours, including Vanilla, Maple Syrup, and Golden Syrup.

We’ve also got our extremely versatile Unflavoured too, providing the perfect base to build and top as you wish. So you can be good or just plain naughty!

How do I prepare Protein Pancake Mix?

  1. Scoop 50g of powder into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add 65ml of your favourite plant milk and whisk to a smooth paste.
  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a low /medium heat and lightly oil as required.
  4. Using a large spoon or scoop drop 3 even lots of pancake mix into the pan.
  5. Cook on the first side for 2 mins before flipping over using a spatula
  6. Cook for a further 2 mins or until golden brown.
  7. Serve with a choice of toppings.
1. Empty contents (50g) of sachet into a mixing bowl.
2. Add 65ml of your favourite plant milk and whisk to a smooth paste.

4. Using a large spoon or scoop drop 3 even lots of pancake mix into pan.
5. Cook on first side for 2 mins before flipping over using a spatula.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Is this a joke?

This product is SUCH a good idea and I was so excited. I am now deeply concerned that people who work at MyProtein never test their own products. It doesn't even hold together. It doesn't cook through, it doesn't become nice and fluffy, it just burns and sticks to the pan while the top remains a liquid mess. Impossible to make a real pancake. SO for now I continue to use my own vegan pancake recipe and I replace half the flour with this. Most expensive pancakes ever. Please look into this and reformulate.
